The Buckeye Fire Fighters Association Local 4311 represents the dedicated men and women of the Buckeye Fire Department who serve with pride, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to the community. Since our founding, Local 4311 has worked to ensure the safety, well-being, and fair representation of our members—both on and off the job.
As proud members of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), we are not only first responders in times of crisis, but also active participants in building a stronger, more connected Buckeye. Through public education, charitable events, and local outreach programs, we strive to support the community we are honored to protect. Whether responding to emergencies or giving back through volunteer work and fundraising efforts, our mission is rooted in service, solidarity, and stewardship.

The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one-of-a-kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members – and IAFF members only – who are struggling with addiction, PTSD other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. It is a safe haven for members to talk with other members who have faced or overcome similar challenges.
